As our dedicated Purchasing Assistant, Rose brings warmth, laughter, and a sense of family to our team every day. She says, “We have our work to get done, but we still laugh and joke. It makes the days more enjoyable.”
Outside of work, Rose cherishes time with loved ones—whether it’s doing something or nothing at all, it’s the company that matters most. She loves writing, reading, (attempting) needlepoint, and taking long drives with the windows down and music up. Rose’s personal motto? “It’s not about the breaths we take; it’s about the moments that take our breath away.” And when it comes to comfort food, nothing beats her late mother’s Sunday Pot Roast—a family tradition she keeps alive.

The SFS team had a great morning learning what makes a soda "dirty" from our friends at Monin, about cost savings opportunities with Red Gold, and menu ideas for delicious mini empanadas from Ajinomoto.
Jack's Catch made our team crab experts with their training on terminology, origins, and how to spot the differences between competitors. Finally, we got to welcome back our friend Dave from CORE Foodservice as he showed off new items from McCain, Campbell's & Perdue.

Joe is a key member of our meat room team, known for his dedication and positive attitude. His motto? “Do the hard work first”—and it shows every day. When he’s not ensuring our customers get the best cuts (ribeye steaks are his top pick!), Joe loves hitting the trails on his ATV, riding dirt bikes, and spending quality time outdoors with his son and their Golden Retriever.
