Light, creamy, floral, and just sweet enough to feel like a little spoonful of sunshine.

Perfect on toast, biscuits, yogurt, apples, tea, or straight from the jar if nobody is watching.

A small but sweet restock at Dr. Ballard’s office today. 🍯

This weekend ended up being a much-needed rest and catch-up weekend, so no new pours were performed. Stock is a little limited this week, but I do have a few 5 oz jars and just a couple quarts available.

And if you hurry, you can grab a loaf of fresh-baked sourdough before it’s gone. Honey and warm sourdough are basically a love story.

Message me if you would like a jar held.
