Our tiny Serama babies have been making their grand entrances all day, and we still have a few eggs left to go. These little things may be tiny, but they sure know how to make hatch day exciting. 🥹🐥

Our little Serama Frizzle is starting to show off those frizzle feathers! 🐥🤍 Look at those tiny feathers curling out already. This little baby is still SO small but has the biggest personality. 🥰

I can’t wait to see what this little one looks like all feathered out! We’ve got 13 more Seramas in the incubator, so hopefully we’ll have even more tiny babies soon. 🐣✨

More progress on the chicken pens today! 🐓🌿

Got the Silkie pens cleaned up with fresh pine bark, then laid new mulch all along the front of the pens. I’m loving how much cleaner and more finished everything is starting to look.

Two pens down, two more to go! Little by little, Viola’s Homestead is coming together. 🖤🌱🐔

A little update from around the homestead 🌻🐓🦃

Added some new flowers to the pollinator bed today 🌸 The Lavenders have finally figured out their roosting stick, the Polish got fresh pine bark nuggets in their pen, and the big turkeys are all moved into their new pen and loving it!

Everybody got a little upgrade around here today. ❤️🌿
