This past weekend was quite eventful for us. On Friday night, we had the privilege of participating in a wedding rehearsal at Redbird Ridge Estate in Taylorsville. The inclement weather did not hinder our service, as we provided a satisfying meal of chicken and bacon pasta, baked sweet potatoes, green beans, and garlic bread, complemented by charming banana pudding cups. Later, on Sunday, we were honored to cater the wedding of some close friends at Williams Farm in Lenoir, serving 150 guests a sumptuous menu that included garlic parmesan grilled chicken, steak tips, peppers and onions, macaroni and cheese, mashed potato bar, rolls, and salad. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to both families for allowing us to be part of their momentous occasion.

This past weekend, we had the privilege of being part of a lovely wedding celebration at White Iris Ranch, where the bride's selection of hamburgers and hotdogs was a hit. We also had the opportunity to provide lunch for a group of graduates at a local church. Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your special days.
