Hardest thing I have ever went through.

My sweet little girl isn’t feeling well today, I’m worried she isn’t going to make it through the day. She is 16 years old and has been with us the whole time Nathan and I have been married. She went trail riding with us, out to eat, shopping, everywhere. She was my first born, my first puppy, my first everything. She means so much to me I hate to see her go be with the Lord, but I know she won’t be in pain anymore. Please say prayers for us all today. Thank you. 🙏 💔

🌧️ God knew exactly what this homestead needed tonight.

There’s something about a slow summer rain…
The garden gets a drink.
The pasture turns a little greener.
The chickens find cover.
And for a few minutes, life slows down.

Some of the best days on a homestead don’t happen in the sunshine—they happen in the rain.
