Sorry, they hadn’t been many post on my page since August. I had to step back and take some time for myself. I ended up with a very bad blood infection and had to stay away from home for a good while in the hospital and in physical therapy rehab. But we are getting back and ready to get this market season started so everybody come out and visit us at the Cartersville farmers market open a day will be May 2.

We are very thankful for Tabernacle Baptist Church. They’re letting us use their parking lot this year because where the market was being held is under construction there are to redo the parking lot so we will be at Tabernacle Baptist Church parking lot on Saturdays starting in May 2 from 8 o’clock to 12 o’clock. Come out and support all the local vendors and as always know where your food comes from! Taste the difference!

🌿As construction continues at our usual downtown location, we’ve been hard at work throughout the off-season, exploring options and coordinating every detail to ensure a smooth and successful season ahead. We’re so grateful for a community that has been incredibly supportive and accommodating along the way. 🤍

With 3,000+ visitors each Saturday, finding the right space matters. From accessible pathways and nearby restrooms to food-safe handwashing, vendor layout, visitor flow, and storage. Every detail is thoughtfully planned to create the best experience possible.

We’re excited to officially announce that Tabernacle Parking Lot (still in downtown on the OTHER side of the bridge) will serve as our location for the 2026 season, as they generously offered the space and amenities we need while construction continues downtown.

We also want to share our sincere appreciation for the City of Cartersville, who have done everything in their power to accommodate and support the market every step of the way, even as plans have evolved and as we transition to Tabernacle for this season. 🤗

Thank you for continuing to support and trust the market year after year! It’s because of you that we have become Georgia’s #1 farmers market, and we’re committed to continuing that standard. 🌿

Cartersville Farmers Market Saturday morning August 2 8 AM to 12 PM. We will have beef and that does include fillets. We will have pork sausage and bacon and one and 2 pound packs. We will also have butter beans, purple,hull, peas, Lady, peas, squash, tomatoes, and eggs. Also, don’t forget your peaches for that. Good cold peach ice cream get there early for best selection! Would just like to thank everybody that comes out and visit to Cartersville Farmers Market today. Very good sale now it’s time for a good old tomato sandwich. Y’all come see us next week don’t miss out on these good homegrown tomatoes. We can also do tan and tomatoes as well.
