Agritourism Farm Spotlight:
Tucked along the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Alpine, Utah, Burgess Orchards, part of the Cherry Hill Farms family, is a great example of the agricultural roots that continue to thrive in Utah County.

Generations of local farming expertise go into every season here. Best known for tree-ripened peaches, crisp apples, and sweet cherries, Burgess Orchards gives visitors the chance to experience farm-fresh quality straight from the orchard.

As peach season begins to wind down, be sure to stop by and enjoy one of their famous peach shakes before the season ends!

Agritourism Farm Spotlight:

Located in Layton, Dibble Farms is a fifth-generation family farm that has been part of Davis County since 1883. The farm grows a variety of crops throughout the year, with seasonal offerings in the fall including pumpkins, gourds, squash, and other fall ornamentals. 🍂🍿

Dibble Farms also grows its own popcorn, offering a unique look at the crops and products that come from Utah farms.

Agritourism Farm Spotlight:

For more than 150 years, the Larsen family has farmed the land in Leland, Utah. Today, that same family farm has become a place where generations of Utahns can experience agriculture in a whole new way.

Glen Ray’s Corn Maze was started by Kara Lewis as a way to help preserve her family’s farm and create a place where families could come together and experience farm life. The maze is named in honor of her grandfather, Glen Ray Larsen, a beloved local farmer known as the “Corn Fairy” for leaving bags of his sweet corn on neighbors’ doorsteps.

What began as a small idea has grown into a fall tradition, with a corn maze, pumpkin patch, farm activities and more—all while keeping the family farm at the heart of it. It’s a story of family, agriculture and finding new ways to keep a farm thriving for generations to come. 🌾

Located in Layton, Flower Farm Utah invites visitors to experience the beauty of locally grown flowers and connect with agriculture in a fun, hands-on way!

Flower Farm Utah offers several ways to enjoy their blooms. Visitors can participate in their self-serve U-pick experience, with options to pick flowers for a jar, vase, bucket, or as single stems. They also offer a bouquet farm stand featuring pre-made bouquets and fresh honey!

The 2026 Utah Agritourism Economic Impact Study is officially live! 🚜✨

This comprehensive study provides a data-driven look at how connecting Utah's working agricultural lands with the visitor economy supports farm and ranch viability, preserves rural culture, and drives growth across our state. By bringing visitors onto farms and ranches, agritourism generates an estimated $44.8 million in annual economic activity, creating a powerful ripple effect that supports local businesses and rural communities.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the nearly 100 Utah farmers, ranchers, and producers who took the time to share their valuable experiences and feedback through our provider survey. Your voice is the foundation of this study.

Thank you to our partners at Visit Utah (UOT) and the research team at New Venture Advisors for their incredible collaboration in bringing this project to life. This study was made possible by an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant through the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA).
