The bright yellow wax is mainly from newer honeycomb and from the wax cappings from the frames of honey. The darker wax it from older honeycomb and the brood frames.

I’ve spent the last few days rendering beeswax, turning it from unusable honeycomb into blocks of wax that can be put on frames or turned into candles, lip balm or many other things.
