Emmelis' Cake Pops I am a hobbyist who confections sweets for the love of art I wanted to give her the best party she ever had but I didn't have the resources needed.

The idea of making cake pops was born when I was given the task of organizing my colleague's retirement party, Val. Working with a very tight budget, I decided to research recipies and decorations. One day my daughter, Emmelis, asked me to make cake pops for her daddy's bithday. That was my opportunity to prove to myself wether I was going to be capable of undertaking the task. To sum it up, the

pops were delicious both my husband and daughter loved them. That was the push I needed to make my colleague's party a hit and to delve into what today is Emmelis' Cake Pops.
