After the heavy rainfall last night, our canyon road is too washed out and unsafe to drive on. Additionally, parts of Old Spanish Trail are flooded and closed so the gift shop and farm will be closed today! We will post as soon as the roads are clear.

We have more dates coming off the trees! We have fresh chewy Halaways, soft dark Hayanis and just a few pounds of yellow Barhis. Come try out these yummy date delicacies!

Please note that due to their perishable nature, the Barhis and Hayanis are only available in-store, first come first served.

These Egyptian Hayani dates are turning red as they continue to mature. These will be bright red before finally becoming soft and jet black. Coptic Christians, who are also from Egypt, use these when they are red for a religious holiday in the early fall. They can be eaten red, but they are still a bit astringent. By fall they will be soft, dark and delicious!
