Appleumpkin. What. A. Weekend. 🍎🎃

Thank you to all of our customers and to everyone we spoke to about our sausage. We are grateful for each and every one of you.

I'd also like to thank our family and friends who helped in the booth. This weekend would not have been possible without you. Please know how much you are loved and appreciated!

𝗕𝗢𝗥 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘂
Some good eats are about to hit the streets of Tecumseh this weekend.

We're cooking up some breakfast sandwiches, featuring our breakfast sausages with an egg and colby jack cheese served on a croissant. They'll be available until about 11:30 both days.

Then, we are switching over to the grill, where we are preparing traditional bratwurst, cheddar bratwurst and our Chicago sausages. Not only will we have traditional condiments (mustard, relish, ketchup), but we are also going to have Old Dog Sauce and Spice's Sweet Caroline BBQ sauce (it's mustard based and oh so good!) and Caplansky's mustard.

Come hungry. Leave filled.

The 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 is just 48 hours away and we're almost finished prepping BOR Meats sausages for the two-day event. Find us on Chicago Avenue, which is fitting since we'll be cooking our Chicago brats this weekend.😁 We'll also have our traditional and cheddar brats on the grill for lunch and dinner, and our breakfast sausage will be griddled and paired with egg and cheese on a croissant during the morning.

𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮: Our most underrated sausage.

There. We said it. Gosh, that felt good. It’s a simple blend of spices and herbs mixed with diced Vidalia Onions, but so well balanced.
🧅 Sweetness from the onion and a dash of sugar.
🌶️ Warmth from black pepper and a smidge of red pepper flakes.
🌿 Herbaceousness from just the right amount of sage.

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸
As we prepare for fall, we thought it would be a great time to return to some classic sausages. This week's lineup features both sweet and hot Italian, as well as fan favorite Chicago. If you've never tried our Chicago, think Italian but without the fennel and adding more garlic and black pepper.

We'll also have bratwurst and cheddar brats this week among other flavors.

Find us Wednesday at Chelsea Farmers Market, Thursday at Pittsfield Township Farmers Market and Saturday at both Saline Farmers Market and Tecumseh's Farmers Market.
