Cheers to rose all day.

Marc & Jen opened our Mountain Rosé this weekend and shared their tasting notes.

Pale copper in the glass with aromas of strawberry and honeydew melon, balanced acidity, and a crisp tart finish. Dry, smooth, and easy to keep sipping.

Best enjoyed with a light charcuterie board and long summer evenings. 🍓🍈🍷

Snow-covered mountains and crisp Tehachapi air ❄️ This is what high-elevation winemaking looks like in winter. 😍

While the vineyard rests, we’re finalizing tasting room plans and waiting on the bottling date for our very first rosé. Once it’s bottled, we’ll be ready to kick off our next release — just in time for spring.

Our first harvest of Hochland Wines is complete and we’re so proud!

Overall 10.5 tons were harvested of 5 different grape varietals. That’s over 7000 bottles of wine we get to share with you… as soon as next spring when our Rose will be ready!
