Sheep shearing will be held rain or shine tomorrow! The sheep will be in the barn. The start will be at 8 and will run until we run out of sheep!

Cuban Sausage is going into the case today! Filled with cubed ham, Swiss Cheese, pickles, mustard….it is SOOOOO GOOOD!

Want an easy meal idea? Try sausage rolls using sing our sausage links and a sheet premade puff pastry!
Gently cut the casing off the link using a sharp knife. Lay the meat on the puff pastry. Wrap in a single layer around the sausage pinching lightly to seal the edge. Cut into desired lengths. Cut tiny slits on top to help the steam release. Brush with a beaten egg. Sprinkle with your desired toppings (sesame seed, poppy seed, flaky salt or nothing!)
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. Boom! Enjoy!
