TellTx beef are raised in Tell Texas on the Cool Water Ranch by the Fletcher and Davidson family ranches. Our cattle are pasture raised from birth to approximately 700 lbs. The cattle are then moved to our own feed lot facility on the ranch where they are feed a custom grain ration for 4 months. They are then sent to a local butcher for processing. Final processed weights usually run around 600 lbs. The beef is USDA inspected, vacuum packed, and flashed frozen.
