This Father's Day, Chef is featuring our Chuleta de Cerdo - a 12oz bone-in pork chop fresh from the grill, served with salsa churrasco, cherry tomato sofrito, carrot romesco purée, and broccolini.

To complete the experience, pair it with a cold glass of Prolific Mexican Lager, the perfect complement to the smoky flavors from the grill.
