I can’t quite find the words, but my heart is so full. 🩷🥂 Thank you to everyone who showed up to celebrate my one and only daughter, Chantelle.

Our bond is built on friendship, understanding, and knowing we can always count on each other. Watching her surrounded by so much love meant everything to me.

Some business relationships end when the work is done. Ours became family. ❤️

Cecily and I have shared life and business since 2012—long event days, stressful moments, big wins, disappointments, and countless memories. Through it all, we always showed up for each other.

Trust takes time for me, and Cecily earned mine through years of loyalty, consistency, and support. From helping bring my restaurant vision to life to standing beside me right now while planning my daughter’s wedding in Puerto Rico, she became part of my family’s story.

We started as business associates, became friends, and eventually became family. There was never competition or jealousy—just two women supporting, encouraging, and celebrating each other through every season.

Now Cecily is moving to Florida to begin a beautiful new chapter. I’m so proud of her and excited for what’s ahead, but she will be deeply missed.

Distance may change how often we see each other, but it can’t change more than a decade of memories, trust, laughter, hard work, and love.

Love you, my friend. Here’s to Florida, new beginnings, and a friendship that will always feel like family. ❤️🥂

There’s nothing quite like challenging yourself, pushing your capabilities, and seeing months of planning come together—even when Mother Nature and last-minute changes have other plans!

We spent months preparing for this beautiful wedding weekend and had the pleasure of catering both the rehearsal dinner and wedding celebration.

As chefs and caterers, we know that executing two back-to-back events, each with its own menu, preparation, logistics, and expectations, is not for the weak! It takes experience, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to execute under pressure.

Despite the weather challenges and last-minute adjustments, our team showed up, adapted, and delivered. And that is something I’m incredibly proud of.

This may be a tough post, but it needs to be said.

After years of catering weddings and hearing countless stories from brides about stressful experiences, my intention is to help couples understand just how important communication, experience, and accountability truly are.

I cannot tell you how many times we’ve witnessed a planner or coordinator disappear during the most crucial moments, leaving the catering team to pick up the pieces.

Every vendor has a role, and every role comes with responsibilities.

When our team arrives, we are fully staffed and prepared to execute the services we were hired to provide. We do not bring additional staff to compensate for another vendor’s lack of preparation, organization, or support.

Just because we are caterers does not mean we are responsible for catering to every vendor’s needs or shortcomings.

Our directness doesn’t come from believing we are perfect. We aren’t. It comes from years of experience, lessons learned, and understanding what it takes to execute a successful wedding.

We genuinely love collaborating with experienced professionals who communicate effectively, respect one another’s responsibilities, and work together toward the same goal.

And to couples considering hiring a friend or family member as their coordinator to save money, please understand the importance of experience. Unless that person truly knows how to manage a wedding, the decision can create more stress than savings.

Keep in mind that by the time your wedding day arrives, we have already spent months communicating with you, planning your menu, coordinating logistics, and preparing our team to deliver what we promised.

We are not asking other vendors to do our jobs. We are simply asking that everyone comes prepared to do theirs.

At the end of the day, this isn’t about pointing fingers. It’s about protecting the couple’s experience and ensuring that the professionals they invested in deliver the service they deserve.

Beautiful weddings require more than beautiful details. They require experienced professionals, accountability, mutual respect, and teamwork.

Reviews matter to us. 🤍

I know to some people a review may seem like just a few words, but to me and my team, they mean so much more. They represent trust , trust in our experience, our food, our service, and our ability to be part of one of the most important days of a couple’s life.

We are becoming very intentional about the weddings we book because our goal is to provide the best possible experience from the very first conversation to the wedding day. I understand how stressful wedding planning can be, and part of my role goes far beyond creating a menu. It’s understanding your vision, communicating throughout the process, anticipating challenges, and making sure you feel confident in the team you hired.

These two recent reviews came from beautiful cultural weddings with diverse backgrounds, dietary needs, traditions, and expectations. They were challenging in the best way—and incredibly rewarding. I continue to learn from every family and every celebration we are trusted to serve.

Weddings come with pressure. Expectations can be high. That’s where experience matters. We don’t fold under pressure. We problem-solve, adapt, and handle every wedding with respect, professionalism, and integrity.

Our couples make a significant investment when they hire us, and we never take that lightly.

Every event should be intentional, and that starts with the vendors you choose.

We take the time to understand your vision, visit the venue, plan the logistics, anticipate challenges, and communicate long before we arrive on your wedding day.

The same intention should go into choosing your planner or coordinator. Experience matters. You need someone who is present, communicates effectively, problem-solves under pressure, respects the work already established with other vendors, and steps up when needed.

Your wedding isn’t the place to simply “show up.” Every vendor plays an important role in the overall experience.

Choose people who care about your day as much as you do—people who are intentional, experienced, and willing to put in the work.

I promise you 😊there are months of planning that go into catering a large cultural Indian wedding, where every detail is extraordinary and every celebration is grand.

The scheduling. The emails. The meetings. The walkthroughs. The videos. The ordering. The staffing. The logistics. And then putting every single piece together to prepare for one very important day.

I wish it were as easy as just showing up and serving beautiful food. 80% of the guests were vegetarians accomdating food preferences is our strong suit.

I’m incredibly proud of my team, not only last night, but every single time they show up and give it their all. This wedding was especially challenging because we were juggling two levels of service in completely different areas of the venue, and that requires constant communication and serious time management.

In catering, timing is everything. Following the timeline and staying coordinated behind the scenes is what allows the experience for our clients and their guests to feel seamless.

A huge thank you to Neha & Rahul for trusting us with such an important day. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Thank you to their coordinator, Taylor, for working alongside us, and to South Coast Winery’s banquet team for stepping up and helping with anything we needed throughout the evening.

And most of all, thank you to my team. You continue to make me proud. What guests see is one beautiful evening, but behind that
evening is a whole lot of planning, teamwork, hustle, and heart. ♥️

One of the greatest joys of catering weddings has always been the love stories. 🤍

After catering more than 1,000 weddings, what stays with me most isn’t just the beautiful venues, dresses, tablescapes or food—it’s the families. We’ve watched couples begin their lives together, celebrated the babies who followed and witnessed families grow through love, hardship and strength.

We’ve catered weddings throughout the Inland Empire and beyond, traveling through rain, desert winds and flying tumbleweeds to bring each event to life. 😂
