Vinduino provides affordable, innovative, open irrigation technology for sustainable agriculture.

Vinduino provides innovative open technology for sustainable agriculture. Traditional farming practices -the way it was done before- are no longer sufficient for meeting the new challenges of climate change. Our technologies provide accurate live information needed for adapting crop management to changing conditions. With this information, a farmer can use resources more efficiently, save time, and optimize yield.

At Vinduino we continuously evaluate new technologies to provide best-in-class irrigation automation solutions.

Last year we collaborated with Wilson Creek winery on a full season trial comparison of satellite technology vs land based methods.

The results are published in the May issue of W**e Business Monthly magazine, the industry's leading publication for wineries and growers.

The Vinduino system for agriculture precision irrigation has now migrated to The Things Stack V3 LoRaWAN wireless IoT network!
LoRa is the best wireless technology for agriculture, combining miles of range with very low power consumption.
Migrating to The Things Stack V3 ensures for our customers that our solution is future-proof, and takes advantage of the latest LoRa network developments.
Big thank you to our engineers who quickly implemented the changes, and did the pre-production testing.

Smart irrigation, synchronized fertilizer control, flow rate monitoring

At Vinduino, every day is smart irrigation day. We help farmers irrigate for profit: improve crop results and water efficiency, while saving labor.

The Vinduino wireless irrigation controller can uniquely operate a fertilizer pump, multiple irrigation valves, and track flow rate per irrigation block. The system works with eVineyard and eOrchard software for daily optimized irrigation times.

The 10-mile range wireless network works seamlessly with other Vinduino products and can be shared with other LoRa compatible devices. We do not require pole mounted equipment for long wireless range. This makes installation and inspection easy.

California produces two-thirds of all fruits and nuts in the US. Here is what "America's garden" looks like today. Driving on the I-5 on my way back from Napa, the effects of the drought were to be seen everywhere: fallowed land and up-rooted orchards. Sustainable farming means becoming climate resilient. At Vinduino we do our part with irrigation solutions that improve crop water efficiency.
