Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Lyndsey made the move to Arizona when she was 18 and has been part of the HMBC family for nearly two years, celebrating her anniversary with us this July!

Behind the bar, Lyndsey brings great energy, friendly conversation, and a genuine love for our community.
If you’ve spent any time at the brewery, chances are you’ve seen Lyndsey behind the bar sharing a laugh, catching up with regulars, and helping create the welcoming atmosphere our community loves.

Her favorite part of the job? Sunday mornings with our Lap Around The Lake community. For Lyndsey, there’s nothing better than watching people come together and get active then celebrate afterward with great drinks and even better company.

Taking a lap around the lake with us on Sunday? Make Hundred Mile your next stop and say hi to Lyndsey. Whether you’re fresh off a run or just stopping by to relax with friends, she’ll be happy to welcome you.

Our Hatch Green Chile Burger has become somewhat famous. Come in and give it a try for yourself! Cheers 🍻

“For dinner, I had the Hatch Chile Burger with their signature house chips. Instead of standard roasted chiles, they use pickled Hatch chiles, which added a bright, fresh flavor that kept the burger from feeling too heavy in the heat. A great spot with excellent food and drink pairings!”
