2024-2025 & PRESENT ❤️
On October 6th, 2025, I was told my A1C was at a 5.9.
That was the moment I realized I had to make a change. I couldn’t let it get worse. I had to start taking my health seriously—not just for myself, but for my children. ❤️
I’ve always struggled with dieting. I would start, get discouraged, and eventually give up. But this time was different. This time I told myself, I HAVE to stick with it.
And let me tell you… it has NOT been easy.
I’m a full-time mom. I work an 8–5. I’m a college student. I’m a daughter. I have responsibilities, busy days, and plenty of reasons to put myself last.
But I finally realized that taking care of myself isn’t selfish. I deserve to feel healthy, strong, and proud of myself too.
This journey hasn’t been about being perfect. It’s been about making better choices, staying consistent, and reminding myself WHY I started in the first place.
And now, looking back at where I started, I can finally say…
On August 4th, 2026, my A1C was 4.8. 🥹❤️
5.9 ➡️ 4.8
And on top of that…
50+ POUNDS GONE! 🥹🔥
That number represents so much more than weight loss or a lab result. It represents the days I didn’t feel like doing it but did it anyway. The choices I made. The sacrifices. The consistency. The times I wanted to give up but reminded myself WHY I started.
I’m so incredibly proud of myself because I didn’t give up this time.
I did this while being a full-time mom, working an 8–5, going to college, and being there for my family.
It wasn’t easy.
It wasn’t perfect.
But I DID IT. ❤️
I’m doing this for me.
I’m doing this for my children.
And I’m just getting started. ✨
If you’re on your own health journey, please don’t give up. Your future self will thank you. 🫶🏼
