At first glance, just an ordinary flatbread “pizza”. As a matter of fact, visually or flavor wise (flavorly?😂) it’s a pretty dang inclusive flatbread. Gluten notwithstanding, I used blue cheese crumbles and grated Parmesan, Italian sausage with fennel, plus nature’s bounty of fig jam, caramelized red onion and jalapeños. Net net, delish!
