As much as it pains me, I'm shutting KJo's down for now.
A dream for another time, maybe when the kiddos are older.

Unfortunately, I failed to snap a picture of the final product. Here we have my fresh out of the oven, sugar free, gluten free, low carb cheesecake.
I made a fresh strawberry coulis to go on top (also sugar free). It was delicious! No one could tell it was low carb 😉
