The Root will reopen its doors on April 1st in collaboration with Three in the nest bakery!
We are delighted to be turning over the cooking to Rhonda and her family so that we can turn our attention to the gardens and farm store. We had decided earlier this winter not to reopen The Root, so we are so grateful to the Three in the nest family for coming with energy and inspiration at just the right time!
Three in the nest bakery shares our passion for supporting small, local farms and creating delicious and nourishing foods. With this new expanded team we are able to bring you more offerings and be open more hours.
The new hours are:

"We are Izzy and Maxwell, acoustic music based out of Silver City, New Mexico. We play our favorite covers in the genres of folk/soul/healing medicine music, as well as some of our own originals. We sing songs of peace, love, and honor for Mother Nature. We love to share our hearts through music!"

We’re waiting for our plow and need a little extra time this morning to get opened up. We’ll open our doors at 9 and hope to see you there! Today we have our ginger turmeric broth again as well as ginger beef soup and lentil stew.
