Haralson County's Fried Pie Festival let me first say thank you for allowing me to be part of a great event!
I sold a lot of meat…4 whole briskets, 25 bricks of meatloaf, 12 slabs of ribs, 13 whole Boston Butts (Pulled Pork), a case of rib tips, a case of Turkey Legs, 60 Polish Sausages, a full pan of Smoked Chicken Breast (20 breast)…8 pans of Mac N Chz, 4 pans of Baked Beans, 4 pans of Collards, 2 pans of Green Beans, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, and Bell Peppers and Onions!
So yes I prepare and manage a whole lot of food! This is where the Alia’s “BIG MEATCH” comes from…that means I MOVE WEIGHT!!!
Thanks again Haralson Count’s Fried Pie Festival…you guys are the greatest, and that’s why I show up for you all!

BIG GATOR will be at Taproot Hydroponics grand opening and Live Plant Sale today from Noon till 4pm at the Shoppes on Sage in Temple, Ga!
I DO HAVE CABBAGE CASSEROLE TODAY, and it pairs with the BRICKS!!!
