A LITTLE CLARIFICATION ABOUT OUR MENUDO 🇲🇽🌊
We are not a Tex-Mex restaurant. We specialize in Pacific Coast-style Mexican cuisine, bringing the authentic flavors and traditions of Mexico’s Pacific Coast to our community.
Our menudo is prepared the way it is traditionally enjoyed in our part of Mexico, without hominy. We understand that menudo is prepared differently throughout Mexico, and we respect every regional tradition. This is simply how we grew up enjoying it and how we choose to serve it at our restaurant.
