Although Zinfandels dominate the Peachy Canyon tasting menu, you will find Cabernets, Petite Sirah, Malbec, and special blends that are available to sample. Winery Update! 🍷

Our prodigious stack of puncheon heads.  Each head represents half a ton of grapes being barrel fermented!
Not only does this give us better oak flavors integration, but by introducing the oak tannins to the w**e earlier in the w**emaking process we add structure and complexity and stabilize color.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us earlier this month for an extraordinary voyage through the heart of Burgundy and Provence. From world-class views and exquisite local w**es to a crew that couldn’t resist joining in on the fun, this was truly a journey to remember.
