Epoch was founded on a simple philosophy, to strive to make wines that are delicious and complex, seriously fun to drink, interestingly iconoclastic, seductively hedonistic, thought provoking and hopefully, most importantly, memory making. In a short time, we have quickly developed a big reputation for small production, hand-crafted, artisanal wines with abundant personalities. We produce estate-g

rown Rhone, Zinfandel, and Tempranillo varietals and our winemaker, Jordan Fiorentini, crafts our wines with minimal intervention in the winery so the most delicious wine makes it to your glass. We are located on the west side of the Paso Robles wine region on the historic York Mountain. We invite you to come taste the wines, visit the team and capture your own Epoch moment here on the historic York Mountain. Open daily, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., reservations are required for groups of six or more.

Join us on Friday, June 19th at 6 PM in the heart of Uptown Dallas for an Epoch Wine Dinner at Catch! Winemaker, Jordan Fiorentini, will be your Epoch host for an energetic evening of delicious pours and unapologetically good food. The night will begin with welcome bubbles before guests settle into The Emerald Room for a five-course dinner designed to celebrate flavor, texture, and the magic that happens when good food and wine collide on the palate. We hope you can join us for an unforgettable National Rosé Day celebration at Epoch’s Rosé lounge on June 13th! Savor the flavors of summer with a delicious flight of our 2025 Rosé, 2025 White, 2023 York Mountain Viognier, and 2022 York Mountain Grenache paired with a customized cheese pairing by Field to Table Catering.

This event will feature a DIY flower bouquet bar, Paso Lavender Co., as well as a jewelry bar by Gypsy Strands Permanent Jewelry!

What an incredible few days with Chef Troy Guard and his amazing team. Thank you for traveling all the way to California and creating such unforgettable experiences with us at Epoch.

From an intimate Chef’s Table dinner inside our historic Barrel Room featuring several outstanding courses paired with special Epoch Wines, to our Lunch & Libations Winemaker Luncheon in the courtyard with Jordan Fiorentini, every moment was truly special. At Epoch, we believe great wine comes from great soil. From our estate vineyards, Paderewski, York Mountain, and Catapult, every vine is rooted in the diverse soils and microclimates that make Paso Robles so special!

Join us for a thoughtfully curated Wine and Cheese Pairing experience that celebrates the harmony between handcrafted cheeses and Epoch Wines. Guided by one of our Tasting Room Educators, you will explore how texture, flavor, and intensity interact to elevate both the wine and the cheese with each pairing. Here are a few raw moments from blending our 2025 York Mountain Syrah alongside Winemaker Jordan Fiorentini. Watching a wine come together piece by piece is one of the most fascinating parts of the process, and a beautiful reminder of how much care goes into every bottle!
