We were saddened to read this afternoon that Howard Belvoir passed last night. Howard was a permanent figure in Washington Horse Racing. He had a love for horses, people and racing like no other. He gave what he had to give to support the industry he loved and made a life long career in. May he Rest in Peace, our condolences to his wife Vickie and his family.
