Follow Your Bliss One Bite at a Time. My bliss comes in the kitchen. For as long as I can remember, whether I was baking pies for fun or practicing hosting my own food network show, I have always felt at home in the kitchen. The smells, the creativity, the self-sufficiency of making something from the scratch. Baking is a way of self-expression for me. An outlet for my creativity. A fire starter f
or my passion. I enjoy making food for other people. I am captivated by the high after a cooking class or after posting a blog or working on my cookbook or after a beautiful day at the farmer's market. I got my start as a college grad with a degree in Exercise Science teaching kettlebell classes, leading cooking classes, lecturing on nutrition, coaching, and blogging at my parent's fitness studio. One radical hike in the mountains of Colorado made me realize what I really wanted was my own food bus. And so Bliss Delish was born. First as a website and food blog. Now I sell gluten-free, Paleo-friendly baked goods at our local Terre Haute Farmer's Market. What's next? Who knows, but hopefully there will eventually be a food bus with roadside Paleo pizza and easy access, good-tasting food. Come see me at the market. Shoot me an email for pre-orders. I love challenges. I thrive on creativity. I'm pretty much willing to try and make anything gluten-free. Check out my blog for recipes and to see what's going on in my kitchen.
