Last night, the final bottle of wine was poured, the last slushee was served, and the doors of WaterTower Estates Winery closed for the very last time.

It’s hard to put into words what the last nine years have meant.

What started as a dream grew into so much more than a winery. It became a place where people gathered, celebrated life’s biggest moments, and created memories. We watched customers become friends, staff become family, and this little winery become part of so many people’s stories.

There were countless tastings, trivia nights, live music, weddings, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations. Every event, every conversation, every laugh, and every toast helped make this place what it was.

For me, the heart of it was always the wine. Every bottle represented hours of work, learning, experimenting, and striving to make something people would truly enjoy sharing with those they love. Seeing so many of you return year after year, introduce your friends and family to our wines, and support this small family business has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

None of this would have been possible without an incredible staff who cared deeply about creating an experience our guests would remember. Thank you for your hard work, your loyalty, and the friendships we’ve built over the years.

And to every customer who walked through our doors—thank you. Whether you visited once or became a regular, you helped make this dream a reality. Your support allowed us to do what we loved for nearly a decade, and that is something we’ll never take for granted.

Last night wasn’t just the end of a business. It was the closing of a chapter that gave us memories and friendships we’ll carry with us forever.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for an unforgettable nine years.

As we get ready to close our doors, we’d love for you to stop by one last time, enjoy a slushie on the patio, and stock up on your favorite wine before it’s gone.

Man… this is the post we never wanted to write, but here we are.

Nine years ago, we started an adventure that took us through every high, low, challenge, and blessing that comes with building something from the ground up. What began as a dream became so much more than a winery. It became a place filled with friendships, memories, laughter, celebrations, and people who truly became family.
Over the years, we have been blessed with so many incredible moments. We have watched members of our team grow into leaders in the community. We have celebrated milestones with families, welcomed familiar faces again and again, and built relationships that we will carry with us forever. We are incredibly proud of what we have created and even more thankful for the people who made it possible.

Like many small businesses, we have also faced our share of hard seasons — navigating COVID, the uncertainty of business ownership, and the weight that comes with trying to give everything you have to something you love. Through it all, our goal has always stayed the same: to create a place where people felt like they were visiting family, enjoying a great product, and making memories in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

With full hearts and deep gratitude, we want to share that WaterTower Estates Winery will be closing to the public as of June 28, 2026. We will still be open for private events! And please contact us for rentals going further!

As our family grows and our time becomes more limited, we have come to realize that we can no longer continue the winery with the same passion, energy, and dedication that it — and all of you — truly deserve.

Thank you for blessing us with nine unforgettable years of support, encouragement, friendship, and love. We are beyond grateful for this community and for every person who walked through our doors, shared a glass with us, celebrated with us, worked beside us, or simply cheered us on.
Please do not hesitate to reach out. We are going to miss so many of you more than words can say.
