Am I going to do it anyways? Absolutely! 🤭

We've had EXCELLENT germination rates on our brassicas from and I'm just too eager to get growing, so wish me luck!
I guess worst case scenario I end up freezing all these and have to start more, but I wouldn't even complain about that because I love watching seedlings grow! 🥰🌱

I still haven't mastered sourdough bread, but I have mastered ALL the discard recipes! This pizza dough recipe is super simple, higher in protein, and easier to digest. The crust will thicken beautifully in the oven but still stays crisp, giving you the perfect mix of hand tossed and thin pizza crusts combined! (ps- you can also freeze the dough which makes for easy pizza nights!)

Spring is spring-ing here in Indiana! 🌱

We've got new peonies, hostas, daffodils, squill, grape hyacinth, and over 100 tulips slowly starting to emerge! These are all planted in our landscaping for fun, but I'm still excited to show off the beautiful blooms once they arrive. Hopefully the weather stays warm and they'll be here before we know it! 🪻🌷
