Did you know that broccoli is a superfood?

Broccoli, particularly microgreens and sprouts, have high levels of a phytochemical called sulphoraphane. Sulphoraphane acts as an antioxidant and activates endogenous detoxifying enzymes that can protect against certain carcinogens and toxins we’re exposed to daily.
