AI: Yes — and it’s actually one of the best ways to use green garlic. It turns sweet, mellow, and slightly nutty when roasted.

But we still fact check AI at Purple Monkey Farms...

I haven't got around to asking whether spring garlic pesto goes with Salmon because it just does!!

Hello from Redmond Farmers Market!

Yikes there are only 2 basil scape salts left!! I guess Redmond loved their free samples.

We still have scapes, a few green garlic and plenty of our original garlic scape salt and Spring garlic pesto!
