🥩This is what this half beef looks like. This will look different for everyone because they can be completely customizable! All steaks here cut at 1 1/4 inch thick. Not pictured, the 135lbs of ground beef. The final beef in the freezer amount does not include bones, fat, or liver. Guesses on what this cost?! ✨

🤔How much freezer space will you need for a quarter beef share? About 5-7 cubic feet.

❗️No 💉, USDA inspected, all meat frozen fresh and vacuum sealed, all cattle born & raised in Poetry TX (no sale barn rejects sent to butcher)

❗️the photo included is a picture of steaks from our most recent processing😋

❗️yes I do have a smaller beef box option! Yes you can sign up for one in the link, BUT my whole, half, and quarter beef shares do take priority. Once those orders are filled, I will start filling beef box order.
