Two awards added this year. The first was the Chili Cook Off in Gretna and the second was our Shrimp Pasta dish at the Westwego Crawfish Cook Off. Spaghetti and Meatballs and Meatloaf are two of the four meals being added to prep cooler this week. I’m doing Meatball po-boys this week, in addition to our Roast Beef po-boys. Meatloaf over mashed potatoes, Red Beans, and Meatballs with spaghetti were added to meal prep cooler today. Adding Shrimp pasta tomorrow. For those who didn’t attend the Chili cookoff at St Joseph’s Church, Uncrusted placed 2nd! Wonderful day for a worthy cause. Thanks to all for your support.

Why would you grab fast food everyday when you can get all this food and drinks for $35 per week? Please visit “Uncrusted” located at 1159 Terry Parkway for your weekly lunches. You can also get a weeks worth of meal prep, 5 meals, for $30 plus tax.

White beans, crawfish pasta, and cauliflower & leek soup will be added to prep refrigerator by tomorrow. One other serious question. If I was to add box lunches consisting of a sandwich, chips, and an apple for $7.00, would anyone be interested? If so, I would be willing to open up for 7:00 am instead of 8:00. This would allow you time to grab box lunches, prep meals, etc. before work. Thanks for any input.

New this week are Hamburger Steak po-boy’s, Hamburger Steak over garlic mashed potatoes, Mustard-Maple Pork Tenderloin over saffron rice, Rabbit Stew, and Shrimp Salad on bed of lettuce. We have several selections during Lent, including Crawfish Pasta.
