Super happy with how our first beef turned out! We can now offer smaller portions for sale. Just in time for Christmas we have a few prime rib roasts, and excellent looking roasts and steaks. We are going to do 15lbs, 25lbs, and 50lbs beef boxes as well. While supplies last. Message us for details. We wish everyone a merry Christmas, filled with joy, family, and good food!

Our clients wanted grain finished steers to get that sweeter and well marbled meat. Our feed mix comes from IFA and it is a mix of steamed cracked corn, alfalfa pellets, cotton seed, molasses, and a protein powder. The steers love it! We also finish steers on grass if you are looking for the added health benefits and leaner meat of grass fed beef.
