One of the most humbling parts of owning a business is realizing that your success isn’t just about what YOU build — it’s about the people who choose to trust you.

Every catering job. Every event. Every pizza sold. Every customer who comes back. Every organization that calls us again.

Those are opportunities someone chose to give us.

We don’t take a single one for granted.

To every customer, event planner, school, organization, company, family and community that has chosen Good Eats Catering or A & K Snack Shack — THANK YOU.

You don’t just support our business.

You give us another opportunity to grow.

And we’re going to keep working to prove that your choice was the right one. ❤️

At A & K Snack Shack, we believe a job should be more than just a paycheck. It should be an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better. 💯🍕

When one of our young cashiers or expediters says, “I want to learn how to prepare and cook the pizzas,” our answer is simple:

LET’S TEACH YOU.

We don’t believe in putting young people in a box and telling them, “That’s not your job.”

If they show the desire to learn, we open the door.

We teach them how to prepare the dough, build the pizza, portion the ingredients, operate the oven, maintain consistency, and take pride in what they put in front of a customer.

Because today they may be running the register.

Tomorrow they may be running the pizza station.

And one day, they may be running their own business. 🙏🏾

That’s what this is really about.

We’re not just making pizzas. We’re teaching work ethic. We’re building confidence. We’re developing leaders. We’re creating opportunities.

We want our young team members to leave us with more than a paycheck — we want them to leave with skills they can carry for the rest of their lives.

That’s the Good Eats way.
That’s the A & K way.

If you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to teach. 🔥

We don’t just build great food.
WE BUILD PEOPLE. 🍕💪🏾❤️
