Old Fashioned Fudge - Don't Lose This😍
2 cups sugar
4 Tablespoons Hershey’s cocoa
1 stick of salted butter
5 ounce can of Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
nuts are optional
Mix sugar and cocoa in a saucepan, then add a stick of butter and the can of evaporated milk, and stir until the mixture starts boiling.
Stir continuously for 7 minutes, then remove from heat and add vanilla, then stir the mix continuously for 3 minutes, then pour into a buttered baking dish to set.
Great fudge in less than 20 minutes!

Mini Cherry Cheese Danishes
Cherry cheese danish, oh my! These are easy and delicious!!! If you love cherries and cheese danish then you must try these out! In 20 minutes, you will be enjoying a nice warm danish with some coffee/tea! The filling on these is superb and loved by all who eat them. They also come together so quickly you can whip them up on any lazy Sunday morning! These would be just perfect for Christmas morning!
Ingredients
1 roll Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
flour, just for dusting
Filling
4 ounces soft cream cheese
⅓ cup sugar
splash vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Glaze
⅓ cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. milk
Instructions
Open container of rolls and do no unroll them. Use a sharp, serrated knife to cut through them like slice/bake cookies. Make 10 slices.
Lay each slice on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Use a measuring cup to flatten each roll out and build a small wall around the edge.
Use a drop of flour to prevent sticking and press with your fingertips, too.
Filling
Electric mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Dollop a small amount into each "danish."
Add a teaspoonful of cherries.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool and add a drizzle of glaze.
Glaze
Combine milk and sugar and drizzle on danishes. Can use a pastry bag, if desired.

Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls - Don't Lose This Recipe
Ingredients
½ cup peanut butter
3 tbsps soft butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Rice Krispies
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
How To Make Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls
Mix together,refrigerate for a half hour or longer and then form into balls. Return to fridge and let chill at least an hour.
Melt the following together in a double –boiler:
1 package chocolate chips,
1 square sweet chocolate
Keep on low so that chocolate remains soft.
Drop balls into chocolate mixture one at a time using a fork to roll them so that the chocolate will cover. Let set on parchment paper in fridge. They freeze well.

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
4 tablespoons melted butter
4 tablespoons water
½ (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 ¼ teaspoons bread machine yeast
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)
¼ cup raisins (Optional)
1 teaspoon milk
1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In a bread machine pan, place the milk, beaten egg, melted butter, water, vanilla pudding mix, bread flour, sugar, salt and yeast in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the Dough cycle.
When cycle is finished, remove the dough, and knead for 3 to 5 minutes. Roll out to a large rectangle.
Mix together the softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread over dough. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and raisins, if desired. Starting with the widest end, roll the dough into a log. Pinch to seal seams. Cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch slices, and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Place in a draft-free space, and allow to rise until doubled.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. To make frosting, mix the milk, confectioners sugar, softened butter and vanilla in a small bowl. Spread over warm cinnamon rolls.

MOM’S FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS 😋 Try it, you will not regret it!
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1c flour
4 eggs
MOM'S FAMOUS FILLING:
1 PINT HEAVY CREAM
1 PACKAGE (3.4 OUNCES) INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
⅓ CUP MILK
Instructions
Bring the water, butter and vanilla to a boil. Add flour.
Stir constantly until it leaves the side of the pot and forms a ball. Remove and cool.
Beat in the 4 eggs, one at a time until smooth.
Drop by T. onto parchment lined cookie sheets (You want 8 for nice large ones) and bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
(Pro tip: Can poke with a toothpick once out of the oven, then return them to the oven with it shut OFF and crack the door while they cool. This prevents them from deflating)
LET COOL.
Slice in half and pipe or scoop in Mom's filling. Dust with powdered sugar or pour on melted chocolate.

Chicken enchiladas with sour cream white sauce 👌👌
Ingredients:
10 flour tortillas
16 ounces sour cream
10.5 ounces cold cream of chicken soup
4 ounces canned diced green chiles
5 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How to Prepare :
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then soften the tortillas in the warm oven, and mix soup, sour cream, and chiles until it is well combined.
Step 2: Fill each tortilla with ½ cup of chicken, 2 tablespoons of sauce, and the Monterey jack cheese. Then roll up the tortilla and place them in the baking dish one at a time until all of the tortillas are in the baking dish.
Step 3: Top the tortillas with the remaining sauce and drizzle with the remaining jack cheese and all of the cheddar cheese. Allow baking while covered with foil for about 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

Decadent Mocha Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
For the Ganache Topping:

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and mix until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract, cooled coffee, and heavy cream.

Add the cocoa powder and melted chocolate, and mix until smooth and well combined.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top.

Bake the cheesecake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.

For the ganache topping, place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Heat the cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to boil, then pour it over the chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.

Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake, allowing it to drip down the sides. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Ingredients
* 2 pounds sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
* 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
* 1 yellow bell pepper sliced thin
* 1 green bell pepper sliced thin
* I large yellow onion, sliced thin
* 3 tbsp Olive Oil
* 1 tbsp lime juice
* ½ tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp ground cumin
* ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 cups Mexican Blend cheese, shredded
* 6 to 8 tortillas
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
In a zip lock bag, place the sliced steak, the spices, the lime juice and the olive oil
Close the bag, shake to coat the pieces of steak
SECOND STEP:
Add the peppers and onions to the bag and reclose the bag
Shake the bag again to coat the vegetables
THIRD STEP:
Add 1 tbsp Olive oil to a skillet and add the ingredients from the bag into the heated skillet.
Cook until the vegetables are just becoming tender and the steak is cooked
FOURTH STEP:
Serve with warm tortillas , sprinkle with shredded cheese and your choice of optional toppings
