ssortment of items from pies and cakes to cookies and candies, including vegan and gluten free desserts. Located in the Galveston Bay area of Texas we sell our items from our home and at local area farmers markets. By Texas state law we must use this statement on all of our food items that we sell, “This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department." We both have a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification. Amanda has an AAS Culinary Arts Chef degree, Occupational Certificate - Culinary Arts Advanced Foods, and Occupational Certificate - Culinary Arts Baker Specialty. She has worked as a Dietary Manager in a hospital setting, Culinary Instructor for a high-end kitchen retail store and Personal Chef. The quality of our items and the safety of our customers is of the utmost importance to us.
