FINAL POST
That’s a wrap! We have officially closed our doors. We started this journey over 6 years ago because we believed Texhoma needed a grocery store. We end this journey today still believing Texhoma needs a grocery store. Sales do not support that so we must move on.
We cannot part ways without sharing a few of the things we are most proud of. Remember that Covid year? Man, that was a doosie! Although it was the worst of times, in many ways it was also the best of times. The spirit of the community rose to the challenge and together we fought our way through the pandemic. People were helping people; everyone shopped at home and our store thrived. We are proud we were here for you during that time and able to provide what you needed when most stores couldn’t. During our time in business we were able to give thousands of dollars to our school, donate countless pallets of water to our schools athletic programs, and provide food at cost to our school and sports booster club so more money could be provided for our students. We were also able to provide and assist our Texhoma Food Pantry with discounted goods and deliver those items to help feed many families in Texhoma every month. Towards the end, we even offered some mighty tasty BBQ, fajitas, and sandwiches attempting to generate enough extra dollars to keep our doors open. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to do all of this and hate that it has to end.
Thank you to everyone who shopped with us! We appreciate it and may God Bless each one of you!
