Supplying Swoony’s comes with one occupational hazard: wanting everything Chef Sal puts on the menu 🍽️
His dorade with green beans, potatoes, olives, salsa verde and lemon is unlike any preparation we’ve seen. The lobster orzo, lobster roll and PEI mussels are also just as hard to pass up.

Seeing what it becomes in his hands is why we’re proud to call Swoony’s a partner. 🤝

We spent two days shooting at Viking Village, and the range of what we captured was unreal. Clear skies, a wild sunset, heavy morning fog 🌫️, and the best part of all, the fish.
These fishermen leave the rest of the world behind, travel hundreds of miles offshore, and work hours most people would never consider normal, all so local seafood can make its way onto restaurant menus 🎣

This role helps keep the overnight operation organized, clean and ready for the work ahead. We’re looking for someone reliable, punctual and comfortable putting product away, handling general warehouse upkeep and lifting up to 50 lbs.
