🍗🔥 Meltdown Chicken with Blackberry Heat Sauce 🫐🌶️

Juicy pan-seared chicken smothered in a sweet-spicy blackberry sauce that melts into pure flavor chaos 😍🔥

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Blackberry Heat Sauce:
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1/3 cup honey or brown sugar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 small red chili, finely minced (or 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes)
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add blackberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, citrus juice, chili, ginger, garlic, and salt.
4. Simmer over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring and lightly mashing berries, until thick and glossy.
5. Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it. Simmer 5 minutes until chicken is coated and sauce melts into the meat.
6. Remove from heat and rest briefly before serving.

Pro Tip:
Serve this meltdown chicken over mashed potatoes, rice, or creamy polenta so the blackberry heat sauce can soak in 🔥🫐

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE:
4 cups egg noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup onion
1 cup green pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 8-oz tomato sauce
1 14-oz Italian style tomatoes
½ cup frozen peas and carrots
¼ cup frozen corn
2 cups cheddar jack cheese
Salt and pepper

COWBOY CASSEROLE:
1 pound ground beef
Half yellow onion
10 oz Rotel tomatoes
15.25 oz whole kernel corn
10.5 oz condensed cream mushroom soup
1 ½ cups Colby, Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp chives, chopped
32 oz bag tater tots

1 lb ground beef

Creamy, dreamy, and dangerously spreadable. This glaze is here for your cinnamon rolls, cakes, and waffles.

You’ll need:
- 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (57 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar, sifted if lumpy
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract

How to make it:
1. Add everything to a bowl: cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla.
2. Beat on low, then crank it up until smooth and creamy.

To use:
Warm for 15–20 seconds (microwave or stovetop), stir, and drizzle over cakes, cinnamon rolls, waffles, or anything that needs a little love.

Spicy Garlic Mozzarella-Loaded Bacon Bombs Sheet Pan Crunchy

Ingredients:
- 1 lb bacon
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cut each slice of bacon in half. Dip each mozzarella cube into the olive oil mixture, then wrap it in a piece of bacon. Roll the bacon-wrapped mozzarella in breadcrumbs, making sure it is fully coated. A must try Homemade Wontons/ Egg Rolls Wrap

Tastes Way better than store bought!

Recipe:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm water
Cornstarch for dusting

Steps:
In a bowl, add all ingredients except cornstarch. Mix well until combined. Form into a ball and knead for 5-8 minutes. Cover and let it rest fo 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, divide the dough into small parts. Form into little pieces (ball). Dust with flour or cornstarch. Using rolling pin, flatten it out to make wonton size wraps or egg roll wraps. Add extra cornstarch in between wraps so it won’t stick together. Repeat the process till finish.

Deep-Fried Bacon Chicken Alfredo Cheese Pockets

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Oil for frying

Instructions:
Prepare Filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Preheat Oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Dough: Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
Fill & Fold: Place a generous spoonful of the chicken Alfredo mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the pockets with beaten egg for a golden finish.
