Finally my guilty pleasure of what I call “belly bombs” and “murder burgers”, these little square cheese burgers with onions was a special treat growing up in the Bronx and now I have them here in Florida near my house in Kissimmee! So I caved to the crave box and indulged in these little gems that take me back to the good old days! They have the specialty Coke products machine where you can order pretty much any flavor you can imagine! I had my Cream Vanilla! Now if I can only find decent Chinese food down here! 🍔🍔🍔🍔 White Castle

Always the best Mexican cuisine at Tacos Don Andres starting with the best cocktails such as the mango mojito to the appetisers of fresh made guacamole and Elotes to entrees of Ceviche and Birria Tacos and then ending on a sweet note of their decadent Flan! Our waiter Danny was exceptional as well! So glad they expanded, the venue is stunning!

Pizza Sunday!!
Fresh tomatoes and basil from my garden with fresh mutz and fresh shaved Pecorino Romano! Served with cold pasta salads.

What to do what to do with leftover linguine? I take some garlic, lemon zest little bit of cracked red pepper and lemon juice and butter. Serve it up with lots of basil and grated fresh Pecorino Romano cheese!

I love gardening and I love cooking and when those two worlds collide, it makes me very happy!  Who needs to go shopping when you have everything you need in your backyard!  I started with a white onion, sautéed in butter and basil infused olive oil,  added minced garlic and my cherry tomatoes halfed!  I cooked it on medium heat until tomatoes got nice and stewed, and then took a potato masher and mushed them!  I then add salt, pepper, a little bit of crushed red pepper, my fresh basil and parsley and a little bit of pasta water to the sauce! Towards the end, I grated fresh Pecorino Romano cheese to mix in with it and on top and served over linguine! 🙂🍷🍝
