Yumi Ice Cream Sales Leadership Meeting – The Colony, TX

On July 23rd, Yumi Ice Cream's Sales Leadership Team gathered in The Colony, Texas for our Mid-Year Sales Leadership Meeting.

Each of our District Sales Managers presented a comprehensive First Half 2026 Business Review, sharing successes, key learnings, and strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities during the second half of the year. The collaboration and commitment to growth demonstrated by our leadership team continues to drive Yumi's success.

The meeting also featured a special surprise visit from Simon Lam, CEO of LLB Foods, who introduced the team to the exciting future of 3D Ice Cream. As one of the newest additions to the Yumi Ice Cream portfolio, 3D Ice Cream has quickly become a viral sensation, captivating consumers with its fun, eye-catching designs and delicious flavors.

We're excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to bringing innovative products from all of our manufacturing partners to even more retailers and consumers throughout our markets.

Our team greatly appreciated the opportunity to spend time with Bob and hear the wisdom, experience, and insights he has gathered over an incredible career in the ice cream business. His stories and guidance were both inspiring and energizing for everyone in the room.

Excitement is building at Yumi Ice Cream as our District Managers and Sales Team from Houston, San Antonio, and Austin gathered this February for a dynamic half-day Sales Meeting! This highly anticipated event marked the official kickoff to 2026 and set the stage for a successful Spring/Summer peak season ahead. 🍦☀️

Guided by the leadership of Darrell Roberts, Daniel Servaes, and Bonnie Balfay, the meeting was laser-focused on innovative sales strategies, strengthening team alignment, and fueling the momentum needed for outstanding results this year. Our team had the privilege of hearing from an impressive lineup of guest presenters, including Scott Nance (Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream), Rebecca Dawson (Tropicale Foods), Gary Lopes (Mars Ice Cream), Kira Mares (EA Sween), Erin Berry (Simply Bevs/Fairlife), and Danny Biega (Artic Limes). Each speaker delivered invaluable insights, sparking ideas around brand growth and highlighting exciting opportunities for 2026.
