We got around to trying Cooking Girl out last night.

We started off ordering a Smokey old fashioned and a Lychee martini to sip on while we learned more about the menu. If I were to get the martini again, I would ask them to leave the lemon out. Might just be a preference of mine but it overpowered the lychee.

We ordered dry pot shrimp and a beef and pepper dish which were both so impressive. Both had delicious flavor, perfect amount of spice and heat.

What was most impressive was when we were leaving though. It began to downpour rain outside. The manager or owner (I’m unsure which) offered a huge umbrella to me to walk with to our vehicle. I asked how I would get it back to him without getting wet, and he politely and kindly walked me to my vehicle with the umbrella over me. That was such a kind gesture and he was doing that for all who were exiting the restaurant.

We enjoyed our dinner and will be back. 🩷

Dinner at Sea & Lemon was incredible! Everything was bursting with flavor, and Saul was the perfect host for our first visit. We felt so welcomed, and we already can’t wait to go back!

The husband ordered the sirloin, pepper & onion tacos. The beef was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Definitely a winner!

Baby got the elotes. She wanted the Flaming Hot one, but they were out, so she opted for the regular street corn. But let me tell you… there was NOTHING “regular” about it! 😂 It was some of the best elotes I’ve ever had!

I ordered the ceviche trio bowl, and WOW. The shrimp and octopus were so tender and fresh, and the lime oil was absolutely addicting. The portion was huge—I couldn’t even finish it and had plenty to take home!

We also ordered the shrimp appetizer, and the shrimp were fried so gently and perfectly—crispy without being heavy or greasy.

Every single thing we tried was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Great food, great hospitality, and such a fun first experience. Sea & Lemon definitely earned a return visit from us! ❤️
