This weekend owes us nothing!

We celebrated in style for Glenda’s 50th Birthday Soiree! A time was had. Requested entrees were Apricot Chicken and Salmon which I paired with loaded mashed potatoes and fresh green beans w/shallots!

For starters Chef T (me) prepared a charcuterie display that ate down (literally)!
