A little from behind the tableโฆ ๐ฑ
September was FULL โ in all the best ways.
Somewhere between markets, growing microgreens, Homecoming projects, family life and squeezing in the last little bits of summer, Root 1867 just kept growing right along with us.
Our little space at The Woodlands Farmers Market has grown faster than I expected, and we're incredibly grateful for it. Another grow rack is going up, I'm finishing a grant application that could help us expand into hydroponic herbs, and there are a few new growing ideas beginning to take root outside the hydroponic farm, too. ๐๐ป
For now, we're heading into October grateful, a little tired ๐, and excited about what's growing. Root 1867 has always grown around our family. Now it's beginning to grow beyond its hydroponic roots, too. ๐ฑ
