Hello, Gidget's followers it's been awhile and a busy year. I want to drop a few good healthy baking tips in your ear.
1. Wash your hands and make sure your nails are clipped or/and put on gloves.
2. When your mixing your ingredients, move your body away from the batter. What does that mean?
3. Never place your head over the mixing bowl, nose hairs can shed at any time and you don't want customers to get sick.
4. Even if your hair is short, place a cap or a bonnet over the entire perimeter of your head. Hair follicles can shed freely at anytime. You don't want your customers eating hairy desserts!
5. Other body hairs can fall into your batter. Ex: Eyelashes, Thin Facial hairs, or arm hairs.
6.That's why it's a good idea to position your posture away and slightly tilting your head back from the bowl while mixing.
7. Lastly, A tip for you servers. A very bad habit! Do not let your allergies defeat you! Do not use your hand to wipe your nose. Even if your nose isn't dripping.
a.Remember nose hairs can fall and beside it just gross to see a person do this while handling your food!!!
