Unfortunately, Market at the Marina is closed again this month. We have plenty of fresh eggs and pickled eggs if anyone would like to purchase some. We can even arrange porch pickups.

We’ll be at Market at the Marina this Saturday from 8am til noon! I’ll have regular pickled quail eggs, mustard pickled quail eggs, fresh quail eggs, spicy pickles, and spicy pickled veggies.

A few weeks ago, after Nick finished pickling eggs, he had some of his secret sauce (he won’t even share the recipe with me) left over. So I added the sauce to some cucumbers and to some mixed veggies (asparagus, green beans, and green olives).

The cucumbers absorbed the sauce a little too well and are now some very sour, spicy pickles.

The veggies taste like they’d be a great addition to your Bloody Mary with the perfect hint of spice.

We will be selling these at Market at the Marina this Saturday from 8am til noon.
