We buy our whole cows from a local slaughterhouse. We debone the cows and make ground meat and hamburger patties. Then we sell the bones. Here’s what they look like. Some people like them cut up for soups. Some just want the knuckles cut up on the saw. Some like the femur split in half longways for roasting the marrow. Some buy them for their dogs.

This Friday. Cool things. Free BBQ fresh sausage and patty samples in Gray from 10-noon. The meat specials will be running at both Thibodaux AND Gray locations.

Also if you don’t already know this, you can refer to us as “The Meat Market” or “The Market” like we have since we were kids.

You don’t have to say “Hun, stop by Bourgeois for some patties on the way home”.

Instead say, “Sweetie Pie, stop at The Market and grab some patties please.” This would make you one step closer to being family.
