Taking orders for pick-up on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Orders must be placed AND paid via venmo by Friday, September 11th at 12:00PM.

Option A- Mississippi Meatballs with creamy mashed potatoes (turkey meatballs in light Mississippi sauce with low fat mashed potatoes) $10 each

Option B- White Chicken Chili (ground chicken, cannellini beans, chili seasoning, low-fat shredded cheese, tortilla strips)- $10 each

Option C- Chicken stir-fry noodle bowl (chicken breast chunks, onions, peppers, carrots, and broccoli in a light stir-fry sauce over protein plus noodles)- $10 each

Labor Day special: Salmon Bowls & Low Carb Pulled Pork Tacos- by popular demand!

Taking orders for pick-up on MONDAY, September 7, 2026- LABOR DAY. Orders must be placed AND paid via venmo by Friday, September 4th at 12:00PM. NO meal prep pick-up on Sunday, September 6th. Reminder—Salmon Bowls are $15 each.

Option A- Salmon Bowls (air-fried seasoned salmon chunks, jasmine rice, yum yum sauce, sriracha sauce, everything bagel seasoning, diced mango, green onion)- $15 each

Option B- Low-Carb BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos (seasoned shredded BBQ pork served with a side of light coleslaw, low fat shredded cheddar, and 3 zero carb tortillas)- $10 each

Taking orders for pick-up on Sunday, August 23, 2026 Orders must be placed AND paid via venmo by Friday, August 21st at 12:00PM. Only two options this week.

Option A- Low-Carb Big Mac Bowls (lean ground beef burger meat seasoned with minced onions, bacon pieces, shredded cheddar cheese, light Big Mac sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and a side of cottage cheese)- $10 each

Option B- Chicken Fajita Bowl (chicken breast strips, onions, peppers, black beans, zero carb tortillas, shredded low-fat Mexican cheese, salsa, sour cream)- $10 each
